HSS CIRCULAR SAW BLADE

Types

HSS-DMo5 (1.3343)
ROYAL circular saw blades in high speed steel (5% molybdenum content) are suitable for cutting steels, stainless steels and alloys with a tensile strength of up to 450 N/mm². The saw blades are used on automatic sawing machines and flying saws to cut tubes, profiles and solid materials with a maximum diameter of up to 200 mm. The standard surface quality of the ROYAL saw blades is bright, but they can also be supplied steam treated.

HSS-E Co5% (1.3243)
ROYAL circular saw blades in high speed steel (5% cobalt content) are suitable for cutting steel and non-ferrous steel with a tensile strength of up to 650 N/mm², as well as stainless steel. The saw blades are used on automatic sawing machines and flying saws, for flat steel, tubes and profiles in different dimensions up to a diameter of max. 200 mm.

HSS
Thanks to its low side runout, the innovative surface technology and a newly developed multilayer PVD coating, the ROYAL 45 circular saw blade has a considerably longer lifetime than conventional HSS saw blades. The ROYAL 45 saw blade is suitable for materials with a tensile strength up to 450 N/mm².

HSS-E
Due to its special, precision-straightened HSS-E blade body and a unique multilayer PVD coating system, the ROYAL 65 circular saw blade is ideally suited to be used for materials with higher tensile strength up to 650 N/mm² at a significantly higher oxidation temperature.
